Horrible staff! Honestly I hate that it's location is so convenient because of course people are going to stop here but ugh... they are absolutely horrible... every order wrong. To top it off attitude and they don't accept rewards! Ewww

Closes at 6p not 8p as listed on Google maps. And if you can find it, it’s buried 10 mins deep in the bowels of a casino. Go to one of the other Starbucks that’s easier to find nearby.

Google states they are open until 8pm every day but they were closed by 6:30 on a Tuesday. Drinks were completely wrong.

As a Corporate Bariasta I should have know not to expect what I ordered from a licensed store. I have no problem paying more because we are on the strip and have no problem with the wait but when I spend over 30$ for just 2 drinks that would have cost me only 10$ any where else I expect my drinks to at least be made correctly. Neither drink was even close to what we ordered. So we ended up paying for something we never even got. And it was absolutely disgusting. 1 of the 3 ladies that was working was super nice but the other 2 need to learn to not be rude to people.

$6.95 for a breakfast sandwich - you gotta be kidding me. I should have gone downstairs for the buffet breakfast.
