Ill start by say the service was decent at the craftsteak on the MGM,. But if your looking for a nice pice of beef dont plan on getting it here! My Dry Aged NY Strip was served to me stone COLD! The marbling was non existent and lacking that buttery flavor of a really good piece of beef. I certainly dont mind paying for a great meal, but you do not get what you pay for here. Everything was only OK at best . I would reccomend going to Mortons or Jordans or any one of the Max's for your fine dinning. Craftsteak at MGM will be a terrible let down, to bad. A waste of $600 for a party of 4.
