Loved the food. I walked by and looked in, I felt underdressed but they invited me in. They were so nice. Food was amazing!

Extremely pricey for a casual lunch. More of a place if you would like to host an event or have a romantic dinner at a nice restaurant. Food either lives up to expectations or falls sightly short. Staff are ok. They are nice and accommodating but nothing more than that unless otherwise asked or your lucky.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and it was disappointing. I realize it was Father's Day, however, waiting 40 minutes for an appetizer and/or salad was a bit too much. I do not blame the waiter. I blame the kitchen. The restaurant was fairly full, but there was no long line to get in so there really was no excuse for waiting so long for our food. All of us were hungry and we ended filling up on bread and drinks before the appetizer arrived. Then the main course arrived. The pork chops were dry after being assured they would not be overcooked. The same side of mashed potatoes had one with skin and one without. They really were not as expected for Golden mashed potatoes. One vegetable was sold out and it was still early. The steak was good and the pasta dishes were acceptable. If I had not complained to the manager, we would have waited longer. The waiter was running to keep us happy. Presumably, it was the manager who removed two of the main courses from the bill...the dry chops. I was grateful for that, but would have gladly paid full price if everything else would have gone smoothly. $220.00 plus 20% was still pricey but I didn't want to stiff the waiter. Will I go back? I'm not sure. If I could be assured that things would be better, I would consider it.

Loved the fancy Italian setting. Prices were very reasonable compared to the quality of the food, surroundings, and service you get at Brio. Ask for Jonathan he's one of the best server's. Makes the Brio experience all the much better! 👍👍

We always have a good time at Brio and even though they go through some Chefs, the quality stays very consistent and well served. My go to is Chicken Pasta Carbonara with the Spicy Shrimp and Eggplant appetizer.

Food is usually really good! Every once in a while the cook will have an off day but generally really good. The same can be said about the staff, usually really good too with an occasional off day. Great stuff!

If I could this place zero stars I would. Service is horrible. Hostess is rude and unprofessional. They don't honor their reservations and the food is not that good. Lots of other more quality places to have true authentic Italian with good service. This place is a joke. Went with a reservation today and was told rudely that the wait would be "45 minutes or more they can't be sure ". Why have reservations ? The hostess was not apolegetic or sympathetic but rather bothered to be there and have to deal with customers. She flatly sad "everyone waiting has a reservation so ....figure out how long the wait ". Really ?! Ok. I politely asked to remove me from the reservation list and left to dine somewhere else. Horrible service. Almost an hour wait with a reservation ?! Food is not worth that. It's an overpriced Chain imitation Italian food. Never again ! Don't waste your time or your money. Go elsewhere

Superb service and good wine list. But the food lacks flavor. Perhaps I'm not used to eating unsalted food. My wife and I both thought the taste of food was very average.
