Typical hard rock fare, food was good. We ordered mild wings and they almost burned our mouths off and the staff assured us they are mild (I usually eat medium or hot) which we couldn't understand. The waiter fixed it and our food came 5 seconds later anyways. Service was bad though. Wasnt that busy, we got seated in a section where the server was on break. Like supper break. We finally had to ask after we waited and waited (restaurant was not very busy). We never got drink refills once, just kind of a lack lustre experience for a Hollywood location. Place is really cool though and bursting with energy. Summer limited time drinks were amazing. The service could have made a ho hum experience amazing.

The place was pretty empty around 930pm. Took some time to seat our party of 13 even though there were plenty of tables open. Service got worst as the night went on. Food was good. Music Videos playing was inappropriate for the little ones. Not a great experience. Will not be coming visiting this again.

They have good food(mostly hamburgers & appetizers) only seen 2 steaks on the menu and some seafood. Nice collectibles and clothing in their store,but everything is pricey. $17.00&up for a hamburger &fries. Nice place but I won't be going back their prices are to expensive for me.

The best thing about Hard Rock Cafe is the ambience that you will not get when you go to other similar places. The service crew is courteous as well as dependable. As for the food, it's quite expensive but not that remarkable. I had the flatbread that I thought had too much cheese and way too less chicken. The burgers were quite good and big enough to fill your belly.

Hard Rock Cafe never disappoints. We went at around 11 am and sat down right away. The service was a tad bit slow, but overall can’t complain much. My girlfriend and I are veggie and were informed that any of the burgers can be substituted for a veggie patty. It did not disappoint!!! Was absolutely delicious food, definitely stop by and enjoy some great music and food.

Fun was great. My party got there before I did. I told them what to see for me. I knew I wouldn't be delayed much longer.When I got there and on the way to the bathroom the server told me he just has to put my order of fries in (he didn't want them to be cold). Thanks. Also easy to get there by Metro.

Great drinks and service! Wish we had better seats in the restaurant though... we were seated by the entrance. Didn't the beauty of the place!!

We had a great time here. We ordered the combo appetizer plate. It had spring rolls ,onion rings , chicken wings. It was very good. Our server was attentive and helpful. Love the atmosphere!
