I have arthritis in both knees and the walk from the parking garage to the hotel was so long I was nearly crippled by the time I finally reached the hotel. There wasn't nary a bench or chair down that long hallway where I could rest for a minute. The casino was very smoky and the non-smoking slot area was too small. This place definitely caters to smokers! My husband and I will not be back as we just couldn't stand the smoke. Slot payouts are very slim as well. However, the room we had was very nice, clean and comfortable. The mattress was great and the shower was one of the best I've ever encountered in a hotel. The Hard Rock Cafe is overpriced for the quality of food but service was good. The best value for the money was the Timbers, which is located right next store to the Hard Rock Cafe. We didn't go to the buffet. Staff in the hotel and casino are very friendly. I gave the appeal a poor/fair rating only because of the smoke.
