Harrah's Council Bluffs

Had a large b-day part6y here for a friend. We all ate at the buffet - the food was over-cooked, tired and horrible! We had to get up and go find our server to get drink refills. Yet they expected you to leave at "least" a 15% gratutity for parties of 10 or more! The hotel room was ok except they charged me $20 per night for "misc. items that might be charged to the room." Only when you check out do they tell you it will take 10 BUSINESS days before it is credited back to your credit card! It's been 10 days and I still don't have it back!!! Then the Casino is so SMALL now it is not exciting to play in, it looked like a graveyard on a SATURDAY night!
