Harrah's Council Bluffs

I was very displeased with my last stay here. I have been to the casino and hotel several times and never had an issues before. On my last stay I had items taken from my room by housekeeping and never returned. The reason I had asked that housekeeping went in my room in the fist place was because there was food left in the refrigerator from a prior guest. When all I wanted was the items replaced (about $90 worth) I was told that because they had given be free breakfast buffet that that was compensation enough. I was treated like I was a liar and only out for free items. That was never and is still not the case. I would never recommend anyone come stay here because of this experience.
