I have been to the casino a few times to gamble and have been to the spa as well and I have gotten my nails done by Melanie a few times now and she just does a fantastic job and can do nail art very well! She came to check on me in the whirlpool multiple times to see if I wanted a beverage and if I was having fun. The women at the spa are great and is something to check out when you go!

$200/nte but not elaborate. Pool was overrun by small children. The small refrigerator which sat on floor was not very handy for me to use. Had to actually sit on floor to get something out. TV was out of whack when we first arrived there. Maintenance called. He couldn't fix. Had to wait on satellite to work. Weather related problems.

It was hard to identify the casino from the Road leading up to it because the sign is small. Upon entering, the casino and hotel area is quite extravagant and very appealing in appearance. Upon entering security was mildly friendly I'll give a thumbs up to that. I used the bathroom and it was clean. There were many slot machines but the orientation and layout of them made them feel limited for some reason. Don't get me wrong, there was a large variety. Large selection of table games. Dealer was friendly. All in all I give a 5-star rating because of the good atmosphere and experience.

This is an overall decent place to go. They have a colorful atmosphere and a wide assortment of slot machines for it being a smaller Casino. The security staff and the dealers are all very pleasant and personable. They have a fantastic gift shop. And the food I've had so far is delicious. The one thing that I will say that takes away from the experience here is all of their little rules. For example, I asked the girl behind the coat check counter if I could check my umbrella so I didn't have to carry it around with me all night and she told me no we can only check coats. Now that's a small thing. Maybe it's nothing to complain about but it's a coat check.... umbrellas should fall under the category of a coat related item. I don't think it would be difficult to check an umbrella. I don't think it would put them out anything at all. However being able to check my umbrella does enhance my experience because I don't have to carry it around with me.l also wouldn't have to leave it in the car and get soaking wet from the back 40 of the parking lot to the entrance when it's down pouring. Things like asking a staff member to swipe my card and tell me what I have for comp points and being told they're not allowed to do that. They are not allowed tell me the balance of my comps account. Also receiving a free night hotel stay and being charged a deposit that cannot be paid with cash and must be with a credit or debit card or prepaid card. And a very ridiculously high $55 non-refundable pet fee! Their rooms neat and tidy but the one I stayed in was small and I would consider it an average. It really wasn't anything to write home about or to charge $55 or a non-refundable pet fee. Finally, I just don't seem to win very often at this casino. I understand it's a casino and that's what they're in business for but you can only give up your money for so long with nothing in return for so long before that becomes no fun at all. Well I've never met I can see no host I will go out on a limb and say she's attentive regardless as I recieved and offers frequent email reminders and offers from her.

I understand that my rooms were comped, because of the amount that I played at the casino...but I am reviewing this hotel as if I was a paying guest. 1. Customer service is lacking. I was staying two nights - checking in Friday and checking out Sunday. On Saturday morning, at 9:15 am, housekeeping knocked on my door. I opened and asked them to come back anytime after 9:30--as I was almost out the door for the day, but not quiet ready yet. They said, "sure." and I shut the door and continued getting ready. I left by 9:30, as promised. I came back to my room at 6 pm to see that housekeeping never came back to my room. I called the front desk, and the response that I received was, "I'm sorry, we don't have 24 hour housekeeping." I asked if I could have a new set of towels, toilet paper and product brought to my room. I was told that I would have some brought up as soon as possible. It took nearly 75 minutes, and me calling back to the desk again, to find out that the front desk associate "forgot." Room - the noise from the hallway is unbearable at times. There are a lot of kids running up and down the hallway. The walls are pretty thin. The rooms themselves are nice, however. Pool - this is the absolute smallest pool I have ever seen. They'd be better just taking out his pool, imo. Thank you, Z

Very clean, not too crowded or loud for Sunday Brunch. The food was good and plentiful. Lots to choose from. For about $18 a person, it's probably the best brunch for your price in the Quad Cities. The gambling isn't bad, though quite small, it's definitely large enough given Davenport isn't Vegas. I recommend checking out the Resort when stopping by Davenport, IA.
