I spent two days at the Casino while attending a wedding. The casino is nice and airy (not the stale smoke that you find in many casinos). The table games were good, but the staff doesn't seem to connect with the players. Machines are about average, with some paying better than others, but they did pay and weren't as tight as some of the other reviewers found. My main complaint is with the Kitchen Buffet. It had the worst food of any casino buffet I have been to. Everything was full of salt, and the Collard Greens that I sample were so bad, I had to spit them out. The meat was dry, and the overall buffet featured items that had sat in steam tables way to long. I asked my server who was in charge, and she said they had gone home (at 7:30 ??). This is a place to stay far away from, don't know about the other restaurants, because after this experience, I didn't want to eat there. The Casino is nice but the staff needs training in Customer Service and Friendliness. This isn't like the Boyd Gaming Facilities I have visited in the past.
