I just have to make this comment before I go into my review. DO NOT COMPLAIN OR NEGATIVELY REVIEW JUST BECAUSE YOU LOST MONEY OR DIDN'T HIT A JACKPOT !! If you want a review of any spa/casino/resort taken seriously ,judge areas the staff can control. Morongo is awesome in areas of cleanliness, facilities and any aspect regarding a stay in the hotel. The front desk staff is awesome. Kelsey is the one to ask for. Bell hops Dan, Joseph, William , Julio take care of you like family The dealers are either the best people you have ever met (I.e. Dan, John, Todd, Robin, Joy, Candy , Etc.. ) and remember your name, yout bets etc... OR have no personality at all. Don't expect to win all the time. IT'S GAMBLING AND IT'S VOLUNTARY. Pick a casino and stick to it. That way you get comps. VIP at Morongo is top notch. Ask for Shauna . I would rather go to Morongo than Vegas any day .
