Love this place. Amazing ambience, excellent food and service. Old Las Vegas as it used to be. The Four Queens is an old mob owned casino, smells like an ash tray, but go down to the cellar and the world changes. 💖

I have been meaning to come for quite some time. The reasons - escargot en croute and beef Wellington. They were both outstanding! They have a great menu and I will try something different next time in Vegas. The service and ambiance were outstanding. The table side made salad that comes with every meal was absolutely delicious, really delicious!! You have to try this place.

Really wanted to like this more than I did. My prime rib at medium was more chewy than usual and had a lot of fat. My friend’s filet was outstanding though. The salad that was table made was the most disappointing. A variety of flavors that did not match (blue cheese crumbles, caesar dressing, anchovies etc). Was our last night in Vegas. Service was excellent and the ambiance was lovely.

This was one of the best steakhouse experiences we’ve ever had. We dined with 3 couples and not a single person could find anything to complain about. Staff was exceptional, trained and personable - made awesome recommendations. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation. The food quality was a 10, and they had a long list of choices to fit everyone’s tastes. Perfect cocktails made to order. The table also thoroughly enjoyed the table side salad. Thank you to the staff there, we will be back here to dine every time we are in town. A classy place with very little competition in all of Vegas - old and new!

The rose at the door of Hugo's Cellar and the look of the old school is not just good....... They are incredible!! The food is wonderful. If you go down the stairs you feel that you are in a strange oasis in the far west. The service is always impeccable. Recommended for all types of appointments with friends or family, but if you are looking for a romantic place to be comfortable with your partner. Hugo's Cellar is not.

Best Restaurant in Vegas!!!! You get what you pay for. If you want to treat someone to the best...you make a reservation here. They give every woman a rose that walks through the door. The food is to die for. We both had the lobster tails and they were outstanding. My wife enjoyed her Bday dinner. Can't wait to go back. Old school Vegas for sure!!

A classic restaurant providing traditional and high quality service. We enjoyed the ambiance and the escape from the often loud and flashy Vegas. Excellent personal salad which is quite filling. Food is very tasty and timing between courses just right.

Great service and the sommelier was fabulous. It is a unique, old style restaurant in the basement of a casino that makes it pretty interesting to visit. The food was pretty good flavor wise but most of the items could use to be served hotter. Yes, the plates are piping hot but some of the food was room temp and even cold. The meat was cooked perfect which was great, I ordered medium-rare.

Be very careful when making a reservation at this restaurant. They direct you to Open Table but then make it impossible to make a change and then will charge you 25$ per person for a no show. I made a reservation at 10 am and tried to cancel at 10:30 via Open Table and calling the 4 Queens restaurant reservation line. Open Table could make no changes (so much for proper use of technology) and the operator at the 4 Queens said i had to call back at 4:30 and speak directly with the restaurant manager to cancel it. i called at 4:30 and was told that since I booked the reservation and didn't cancel till 4:30 I would be charged $175. I explained it was a same day reservation and that i called in immediately to cancel and the manager said only he could do it and since the table had not been available to book all day I would be charged. TERRIBLE reservation system and a total SCAM. Don't try and plan a dinner here.

This is my second trip to Hugo's Cellar, once again this place amazed us with its perfection in food skills and top notch service. However, there was one issue that grinds on me. the wait staff who for the most part have 15 to 30 year here.. I asked. One of my guest was not how we say, fancy. he had questions and was kind of giddy to be BACK IN THIS PLACE. You see I brought him here last year. we had a nice booth then and were treated very well, hence the return trip. The issue came with the waiter who I was told has been there 30 years and this eve was on salad duty the waiter began to belittled my guest with subtle barbs implying he was a simpleton and not worthy of his service. Myself and one of the other in our party took exception to this. We didn't make a big deal about it as we were in a fine dining establishment and my customer, the target of his disrespect missed it. We spoke to the other waiter who took our order and served out main course he said some days your the front guy and some your the salad/drinks guy. The Sommelier was awesome also a 30 year veteran stopped in several times and even when we opted out on the wine he was very cordial and polite. The true sad part about this is I was the guest this time and the gentleman who was insulted without his knowledge was the one paying the bill this night. Looks like next year we will be looking for a new meat house Maybe Smith & Wollensky.

I’ve been told by several locals to go downtown and try out this wonderful restaurant. I keep holding off and holding off. Then finally my husband couldn’t make a dinner decision and so I stepped up and said Hugo’s! Wow! I wish I had been here before and I’d know what I was missing out on. Right when you walk in they give you a beautiful rose and you get seated. It’s a old school ambiance that is worth every penny. We had a great meal and great service. I enjoyed a queen prime rib and it was amazing. They make your salad table side and that’s great too.
