Thought was going to be an awesome hotel. But it was a nightmare. Elevators are sketchy tilt back and forth as you go up. broke several times in the 4 days i was there, people kept getting trapped in them. Was stranded up stairs several times with no way down. My wife cracked a tooth in the buffet because the rice was uncooked. They did try to credit me back for half my stay but since trip was booked through orbitz i got nothing but a were sorry our hotel is a death trap. Next time book direct through us. That room cost me more for 4 days than my rent for the month. It will be years before i can afford to go to vegas again. And last thing i would do is go through that again. But it does look cool with the pyramid to bad looks can be deceiving. Thanks for making my first vacation a huge let down.
