I am trying to book my 4th Carnival cruise. We did our first on the Glory. Western Carrib. It was nice. (Booked on a third party site) We did our second on the Liberty. Western Carib It was nicer. (Booked on third party site) We did our third on the Liberty. (Booked on Carnival) It was somewhat disappointing. (ship was not as clean, food was so-so.) Engine failure, Missed the best port and wandered at sea. They gave us ($50.00 credit) ): sad sad sad. We are looking at the Valor. We have looked at Vacations to Go and wondered by Carnival was a lot more money. I spoke with George in sales. He sounds nice, but he said, sorry those rates at third party sites are not correct. "Go ahead and book it and see what happens". I am not a liar and I am not new to cruising. I also do not like that non-professional attitude. I offered to e-mail him the website, but he was not interested. Carnival is going down hill steadily with service. We will keep looking. Think I may go back to NCL or Royal Carib. I will definitely go back to vacations to go.
