wow these reviews speak for themselves, i wold even say that a 3.7 rating is much higher than I thought, but I'm sure their own staff slips in a 5 star review just so they can say they have 5 star ratings this place is despicable....dirty, smoke-tainted smells everywhere, bad dealers or just plain inexperienced, but the food was decent....ill give them that and maybe the parking was okay too...just don't use the valet...they take forever and they still expect a tip. At the time of my visit, I overheard that there is a management change and that they were looking into the appalling conditions of the casino and are looking to renovate. I sure hope they do and also train their staff properly. I would love to return as this is the closest casino in the west side but only if they go through with the changes.
