I had a bitter sweet experience at this resort while there with my husband. We were on our anniversary and where looking for a place to celebrate. When dinner time came we headed over to the oyster bar, and all i can remember is how rude their staff was, not only where we treated like nobodies but we where treated as if we weren't there. This experience only got worse, as we where seated after an hour long wait, we got a chance to order, and as we placed an order the server comes back and says they ran out of oysters? i was so disappointed since it took so long just to get seated and they where waiting for the clock to hit 9pm, i guess thats when they start to clean up to go home. Just thought it was funny how it turned out that they couldn't find any more oysters not even in the back or to at least ask a manager. This is a multi million dollar establishment and couldn't even come through with a small request for a customer that spends lots of money there. Just disappointed with the way they handled it.
