We have been coming to this hotel every Memorial Day for the Florida Folk Festival for many years. I have seen the place come from a dump to an above average hotel. There was a time that I wouldn't come due to the fact that the place was so filthy and run down. We even bought a camper because it was so bad and we wanted to stay close to the Stephen Foster Park. Then Americas Best Value Inn took it over and it's been up-hill since that time. We sold the camper and are now back to staying here, This place has done a tremendous job cleaning up, repairing and putting in new beds and other ammenities and the rooms are clean and cool.... Missy calls me every year to remind me to put my reservation in (what customer service) and the staff were wonderful, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. They were all great. We will be back and I hope that others who remember when this place was really bad will give it another chance. You will be glad you did.
