Disappointed - I booked my room on the Horseshoe website and received a GREAT deal, but the room was so far from the elevator and I even asked for one closer. The room cooling system is noisy and doesn't even do a good job. All the numbers on the remote control for the television are worn off, and most don't even work. The sleep button especially didn't work. Bathtub is tiny and old. You can just tell the room needs a face-lift. They spend the money in the casino and lobby area, which are nice. I have stayed at the Tunica Roadhouse and prefer those rooms for the same money. People at both casinos are very helpful and pleasant. Horseshoe casino is much nicer. Staying at any of the above casinos or at Goldstrike will put you in aplcae where you can walk back and fourth between the 3 casinos and have everything you need. Don't buy Starbucks late afternoon at Horseshoe. It was horrible and must have been sitting for quite awhile. I couldn't even drink it.
