Unbelievable horrible customer service and management us even worse! I won 200 dollars on wheel of fornute dollars slots then went into the high rollers area to play the 10 dollars slot as I often do. My friend and I played one bet about 3 times then two bets 2 times that's 70 dollars I tried to cash out but the machine wouldn't pay out I pushed the service button so that I could get help cashing out. About 3 people showed up and couldn't help me. Then some guy came over and roles the tickets that were out in and then told me I only had 15 dollars and he couldn't give it to me that I had to keep playing!!! Whoever heard of that? Especially when I still had at least 100 dollars to cash out if the machine. They wouldn't give me any of my money back and then to top everything else off they told us we had to leave the hotel casino! Obviously because they stole our money! That's not the only time we have had problems with that pathetic hotel casino. And take it from someone who lived in Las Vegas for 15 years they r the bottom of the barrel. We were also staying in the best suite they have! We left immediately! I would not recommend stay there and definitely not gambling there!! Just throw ur money out the window or better yet give it to charity!
