My boyfriend and I are regular patrons at the Hard Rock Casino, we go throughout the week/weekend. We went last night, and some unicorn/fairy game by the gift shop didn't register my voucher at all, which has never happened before. One of the the machine people came to "help" me. He said that he could not find my voucher anywhere in the machine, so we went to the last machine I had played, which was Dragon's Realm. I wasn't sure exactly how much money it was, but it was between $7 and $10. My boyfriend and I were playing a lot of different machines, and I wasn't keeping up with the exact amount. The machine worker just said, "Well, you don't know exactly how much it is, so there's nothing I can do." He pulled up a $7 amount on the machine at the exact time I played it, and that's what he said. I told him that was probably the one, but he didn't care. He refused to give me money back, or to help me at all. I think it's because I look poor, and because it wasn't "a lot" of money. I told him he could look on the cameras, but he refused. He ruined my night, embarrassed me, and I was forced to go home empty-handed, when I did nothing wrong. My boyfriend and I will never go back to the Hard Rock Casino, because we are not treated like the valuable patrons that we are. We will go to Osage or Riverspirit, because at least there, you get treated like you matter at all.
