PLEASE DON'T REMOVE MY REVIEW South point was my favorite weekend destination because I am a local with great knowledge about all the the offers that we have in the valley It was my favorite because I don't coming back after what happened on Thursday , April 17 .2014 during spring break .Around 7 40 pm after I spent a nice stay at the pool I decided go to my room with my daughter from 18 months she was shaking because it was a little cold , I get a towel and cover her ,then life guard in unprofessional way Said me that I wasn't allow to take the towel to the room I tried to explain the situation that it was a baby but he didn't want understand .what I did was keep my baby cover with The towel go to my room and go back in 2 minutes to return the priceless towel , what a surprise two security guards were waiting for me and this crossed the line in the way the talked to me like I was criminal when I required to see a supervisor or manager they suggested me go to the front desk ,on my way to the front desk those two security guards were following me two steps behind me in an embarrassing situation in front others customers .When finally meet the supervisor I explained him the situation and his answer was , no problem sir just enjoy your stay .I offered to write one statement but he said it's wasn't necessary. I am still thinking about policy over common sense
