Good action. Building is in horrible shape. Facilities are not up to snuff. Surprised this state owned facility is so neglected.

Went There for the Kentucky Derby may 05 2018 church hill downs I went to the food stand before the poker room those three staff members didn't miss a beat they had about 30 people show up at once and served them all in about three minutes I was back at my seat way before the next race it's the happiest I've ever been at the end of the line in my life

Otherwise known by locals and degenerate gamblers afar as the ""The Track". The Seabrook Dog Track was an iconic place, a staple of almost every seacoast resident's childhood. Sure, the racing is gone and it is a shell of it's former epic self. However, OTB is still a big deal here. It's still harboring the ghosts of the old days, if you're into sentimental vibes. There's card games going on. You can grab some basic grub and have a cocktail. You can grab stories from the security guards who can be seen still sipping on a coffee and reading a paper whilst the die hards bet the ponies. Find Sonny. He's been working track security full time... since 1976. Chat him up. You won't be disappointed.

The tournaments are fun and the people playing them are generally very easy to get along with. There are a lot of regulars who know each other, which makes the rest of us comfortable :) The cash games are a whole different story. They don't usually have many tables working due to lack of players, and just about every time I've played a cash game someone at the table has become rude. It's tolerable. There is a roulette table which is nice if you want to mix it up, and a regular crowd at the Mississippi table (if you like props).

I'm biased, because I grew up going to this track but it's nice to see some things don't change. Always good for an awesome day!
