I cannot believe the treatment that my friends received when they stayed there. They called in a problem with their bathroom sink that was not draining. They were asked to leave when the problem was not resolved. They did not leave due to the ridiculous circumstances and it was already late at night. The hotel called the police to their room. My friends were terrified and did not answer the door. They finally opened the door before the police threatened to knock the door down. They were sent to jail for not evacuating when requested by the hotel. If this is how this hotel treats its paying customers, who would want to stay there?!?!? And to think that my friends paid for this type of customer service is outrageous. I will never patronize any of these hotels in my liftetime and I will certainly warn all my friends & family as well.
