Been staying here since early 2007 and I've seen a definite decline from my younger days. My family used to stay in the parking lot in our RV, and were just about pampered by staff who let me use the pool back when I was like 12 years old. Now that I have moved to the area, I decided to stay here one night with a friend. The security officers are the absolute rudest people you will ever meet: They can't greet you with a smile, and if you tell them you're going in to use the bathroom, they'll yell at you and tell you that you can't without ID. Luckily, I had a room key in hand. Considering I would go into the hot tub without issues years ago, this was a surprise to me, since I am now 19. This rudeness by security has also happened to my mom more than once whilst gambling. Moreover, there are barely any waiters (If you're gambling) and the bar won't even serve virgin drinks if you're under 21! I've been to bars in Vancouver, Canada Washington, Minnesota, and New York and all bars were able to serve me a virgin drink, or AT LEAST a soft drink on that matter. Not to mention, a more friendly staff in the bars mentioned above. As to parking, you don't want to have to park your full size pickup here. Spaces are extremely small in some areas, and if you have a truck, do yourself a favor and park in the outer lot. For facilities, I have to give them credit though. Rooms are very nice and pool staff is pretty cool. Overall, if you want a professional staff, and good service this is NOT the place for you!
