Won't go back! Tried to have dinner at the cafe last night around 6:30 p.m. Dining room was half empty but there was a large party at one of the tables. A waitress seated us and provided us with menus and drinks. We assumed she was our waitress. A long time passed and she wasn't coming to take our order. She was straightening out menus, and doing other busy work, but wouldn't acknowledge us. My husband said "Miss, we are ready when you are" to which she replied (in a NASTY tone) "And your server will be with you when she can. See that large party over there, they came in first and she is taking care of them. She'll get to you." She was so rude. First off, why couldn't she help the other waitress out by taking our order, but nevertheless, she could have explained in a nicer tone that she wasn't our server. My husband dropped $3 on the table to pay for his Diet Coke and my coffee and we left. I don't care how hungry I am driving through Searchlight again, I will not go back into the restaurant at the Nugget!
