I ignored most of the posts due to our limited selection the weekend of Juke Joint Festival and stayed here. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, but we stayed there specifically because they had an indoor pool that my 4 year old could swim in. It was under maintenance and had been for a while. The layout of the hotel is crap. It is in a big rectangle shape that is a never ending maze to get to your room. You can go out doors to the courtyard, but can't leave the building in this maze except for "emergency" reasons. If you do bring a child, they will stop and question you over and over your intent of having him there, to make sure you are going straight to your room. The gym was closed. They said my room would be $99/night + a $10 discount, if i signed up for a playing card, then when I asked on check-out they said it was a $110 room that with the discount came out to be $99. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I will make a more formal report with the hotel chain, but thought I'd warn you all first.
