Wildfire Rancho

After attending for 11 years (since 2001 - when I moved here from the UK and right after the Wildfire opened) and remaining loyal through 5 or 6 restaurant 'makeovers' .... the Wildfire Casino and their NEW restaurant and COOK (Vjay) have hit their LOWEST. Over the past 11 years, I have held countless business meetings in the restaurant (with never a complaint), brought in numerous new clients and have spent literally 10s of thousands of dollars in dining, and gambling. After a prearranged meeting with an old client (I buy & sell antique jewelry), the client had left, I had placed my order and was getting ready to gamble while waiting - I was approaced by "VJAY" (the cook) and SHAWN (the security) (sic). I was informed that they had a "NO SOLICITATION POLICY" and was not welcome in their restaurant and casino. I informed them that I was not soliciting, but was meeting with clients as I had done for 11 years. They informed me that meeting with clients "WAS NOT ALLOWED" as their casino and restaurant were a "PRIVATE BUSINESS". So, a great grandmother, who is clean, quiet and brings in new business, frequents the casino and has been a loyal customer for over 11 years, is unwelcome in the casino and restaurant - BUT - known gang members are not only welcome in the Sportsbook, but encouraged to come to the casino (altho, in accordance with a rather LARGE sign, they do not wear their colors inside). While I was there, two drunks (10am in the morning) with beers/drinks in hand, were welcomed in, seated and served - I guess I just dont meet your low standards. SO... if you have a business meeting to arrange, or want to dine and deal with clients GO ELSEWHERE, as the WILD BURGER RESTAURANT, VJAY (the cook) and SHAWN (sic) security and the WILDFIRE CASINO, DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS ~ oh, and let's not forget the professional "Mr. J. Smith" the casino manager, for whom I left my telephone number, as I did want to complain, and didn't feel it was neccessary to return my call. ALL AROUND, for client/customer care and public relations, these people and the new restaurant, get a ZERO rating from me. OH - and in case they ever read this - I have spent literally hours, contacting my extensive client list (and have hours yet to go) and relating to them what had happened - everyone finds it hard to believe, but to a one, neither they nor their friends and family will be dining at the WILD BURGER RESTAURANT. Way to go WILDFIRE & WILDBURGER....and YES, I will be posting this all over the internet, and telling this to EVERYONE I talk to, OH .. and not to worry - this clean, well educated, world traveled, old white lady (Mother of 9 - Grandmother of 17 - Great Grandmother of 4) will not be back. Wouldn't want to give you a GOOD reputation. Oh - and VJAY, when your restaurant closes - and it will - quite a few of us will have a celebration - but not at the Wildfire..... and as of today, I didn't have 7 business meetings at the restaurant, neither I nor my clients have eaten there, or gambled at the casino.
