What a resort! Totally worth the 5 stars. It has a very massive open lobby which looks magnificent with the ocean breeze flying through. It has so many activities/restaurants on site, things to do are endless. You truly feel like you're on paradise at this resort. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it as the staff is amazing!

Very awesome property. Beautiful beach and pools. Restaurants on the property are good and we are only minutes from other local options. Friendly and gelpful staff. I love how everything is laid out and orderly. Well done.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for New Years and it was the place to be! The grounds are beautiful and clean, well kept. There are multiple pools including a water slide or you can rent a spot on the beach with some chairs! The rooms are large and very new. We will definitely go back!

Horrible event planners at this location!! Me and my fiancee have been trying to plan our dream beach wedding and the coordinators cant even meet a scheduled phone call. Three times we have scheduled phone calls and not once has there been a phone call received. We have lost all faith in these people and are deeply saddened we cannot hold our event there. We stayed there in 2018 for my fiancee's 30th birthday and loved it so much that is were we visioned our wedding. We are shocked at the treatment we received. I hope people in charge read this and recognize the sort of service and treatment that is being allowed.

A romantic Italian restaurant. The ambiance is very cozy and elegant. The food is excellent and the service is very attentive. A gem on Broadway. A good spot for a date, anniversary or other special occasion. Excellent wine list. Many wines by the glass or bottle. Prices are moderate for a Italian restaurant of this caliber. Appetizers $10 to $15 and main dishes $18 to $25. Valet parking is available or you can park on the street.

The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, yet interesting enough to look around. The food was delicious, as I ordered the linguine carbonara, and it was perfect. Service was on top of it, and our server JR was knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the price!

Too many people on the beach for my taste... if you like being a foot away from another sweaty person, this is good. And the traffic to get in and out is crazy

Haven’t stayed here but great casino. Unfortunately they got rid of our favorite $2 quick hit slots. Not sure if we will be back

If you are looking for intimate, romantic dining in Long Beach, this is the spot. The atmosphere is fantastic with fountains, gardens, and candlelit tables. The food is Italian but it is northern Italian so is less tomato based and has more fish based dishes. I don't like fish but I did find some delicious items. There is a decent wine list from their wine cellar in the garden. The restrooms are also beautifully decorated. The staff is professional and the management comes around to check and ensure that your meal is up to expectations.

Great staff. They are friendly and do everything to make the guest feel welcome and enjoy their stay. Was disappointed to see that the pier bar and palms restaurant/bar closed early. Appears that Corporate Hyatt is more concerned with saving money than accommodating their guests.

Nice modern rooms. Pool area is clean and fairly large. Water slide is awesome. Probably did about 30 runs each day with kids. The umbrella booking process is an attempt at securing a pool or beach umbrella but it’s not perfect. You book at 4pm the day prior but if you don’t actually claim the chairs by 10 am they give it away and now you’re without an umbrella. There should be a better way. Food at the pool bar is pretty decent. Views from room are great.

You get what you pay for. Grounds are stunning. Pools are clean. Beach water is a little slimy on the bottom but not a big deal. Overall the resort is very well maintained. All staff are friendly especially Janet at the pool bar. Would definitely return.
