i booked my flight along with the hotel at the end of january. the day we arrived to the hotel, they told my father and i that our room wasnt available! We were very disappointed! We were very tired and had to do errands. First they told us that the room wasnt available. Then the room was available after an hour of waiting, but they had to clean the rooms. We left the our things there and they said that they will have everything ready for us when we come back. By 11:30 we were back at the hotel to find out that there was no room available for us! On them, they sent us to the hotel Dominican Fiesta for the night, and in the morning they were going to send for us. In other words thhey sold our rooms for the night eventhough i was long time paid for! My father blew up at them and told them thats very unprofessional and a SCAM!!! I wasnt very impressed, they couldve done better. The room stink and my father wasn't happy in his room while someone else was smoking his drugs next door to him. Soo, most likely we will never be back at this hotel! For anyone who books early please make sure your room doesn't get sold to someone else and that its available!
