Not what I expected for AAA & Good Sam approved. I pulled into the campground at around 8:00 pm on a snowy evening. I-80 was closed and we made it a point to get to the campground for the night. When we arrived, some of the main streets had been plowed, but none of the sites were. We got stuck several times on the streets, but eventually were able to make it into a campsite. We went into the casino to pay and get the door passcodes for the showers (which were large and clean). The next morning, I couldn't get out of our site because the snow was too deep. I had a small collapsible shovel and spend a lot of time trying to clear the snow in the space. After an hour of so, I went to the campground office to ask for assistance and the lady said "is that you that's having trouble getting out of the space?"! My first thought was "if you've been watching me, why on Earth haven't you asked one of your maintenance people to help me?" I asked her to call maintenance and they came and plowed the space clear and I was on my way in 15 minutes or so. Overall, it was not an experience I expected to have at a major campground and certainly will not stay there again.
