I have never had to wait 20 minutes to bowl all because they were on their phones and joking around! These last two months have been awful, and I can honestly say I will never be back! The kids don't have respect for eachother and the guys that work Fridays and Saturdays don't seem to know what they are doing! I don't like walking in there during the week and have this little blonde girl tell me they are close. I strongly dislike her attitude! Who is even the manager of the place anyways? He should get rid of these people, and keep the ones that actually cared about us! I miss the one person that would always joke with us when we came in and made sure that we were taking care of. I want her back even though I never caught her name! Until she comes back I will be taking my service somewhere else, and let my friends know how crappy this place has became! Wildfire Sunset if my all time favorite. The manager Michael is very kind and seems to care more about his casino and employees than the other one. Not happy at all! I highly recommend people should go to a different place to bowl or you'll be just as upset with the service if not more!
