We've lived in Glendora for 9 years and finally decided to eat here. The place was mostly empty with the exception of a party celebrating the owners birthday. We didn't get acknowledged for at least ten minutes. When we finally sat down I ordered the prime rib with soup. After receiving my soup and I was half way done, I was told they were out of prime rib. I then ordered a ribeye steak only to have the waitress return about ten minutes later to tell me they were also out of ribeye steaks. I canceled my order and ended up sharing my wife and daughters food off their plate. Although their food was good, it left a bad taste for us when we received the bill and they still charged me $6 for my soup that was part of my steak I never received. All the waitress did was apologize for running out of food, but she did nothing else to make sure i left happy. I will never go back there again.
