I don't know which was better, the Kobe Burger and Truffle fries, or the customer service!! I ordered my burger "medium-well" and it came out "medium"--much more pink than I would've preferred. I still ate it, but made sure to let the waitress know that my burger wasn't correct. She was very apologetic and immediately offered us a free round of drinks. No fussing or complaining necessary!! The manager even came out and apologized as well! I very much appreciated that and would definitely come again!! The guacamole was just okay, not as fresh-tasting as I would've liked.
