Close to a year ago I cashed a check at the cage in Hollywood Casino, that's when the nightmare began, my $100.00 check was cashed as $1400.00, which meant it would bounce. I talked to the 2 managers, and cashiers, I called my bank, had to run to the casino various times, till the matter was cleared up. I had NSF fees from my bank, that Hollywood paid after my demands. I had to call Las Vegas and talk to their accounting department, because the cages are associated with them. After a bunch of stress that this caused me, sending it through twice when the manager told them not to and they assured him they would pull the check, it took a good 5 weeks for everything to be cleared up....so I thought...until the other night I finally got over the drama and decided to visit the casino and cash a check low and behold I find out they have me on a bad check list...because of their mistake, and their cashier they have me on a list for close to a year, that I was unaware of. How pathetic is this practice? I did not write a bad check your fricken cashier messed up, and you are still causing me problems. They told me they can not cash a check because I'm on a list of bad checks...only about 50 people were behind me and heard this...I'm hating that dam place more and more. They really should have staff that know what the hell they are doing......if you cash a check at Hollywood Casino read the small print.....
