My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 10 days while we were here on business. Of the many things that we felt were substandard in this 5 star hotel. The worst was the security, in order to get to this hotel one has to enter and exit the main security entrance of the entire complex. At this point some security personal members have no problem sexually propositioning your female guests or asking for money! When entering and exiting the complex you have to display the fact that you are a hotel guest thereby showing your room number and thus giving these criminals your room number under the pretext of checking whether you are a hotel guest or not. I have raised a complaint with the management about this and am still waiting to hear the outcome of a disciplinary hearing. Although this is not directly the hotels fault they are still responsible for their guest's safety at the hotel. I hope other people read this comment and become aware of the fact that this type of behaviour is going on and also sincerely hope the hotel management does something about this immediately.
