This is definitely NOT my favorite hotel in Vegas! The service was horrible at both check-in and check-out. When I checked in they automatically gave me two keys for our room, but I needed 2 more. When I asked her for them she seemed very annoyed but put 2 more in the envelope and asked "anything else?" as if I were wasting her time. There was only one bath towel in our room when we got there, so I called and asked for 4 more. I was told they would be there in about 20 minutes. After 3 hours had passed I called again and they gave me the same response "OK, sorry about that, they should have them up to you in about 20 minutes". Also, when we first got to our room there were open shampoo and conditioner bottles on the counter. Kind of made me wonder how good they cleaned the rest of the room. By the time we had to check out we never received more bath towels, and the previous night when I was by myself and went up to the room, one of the extra keys didn't work at all. I double checked to see if all of the keys worked, and only the 2 original keys she put in the envelope actually worked! It really seemed like the whole staff hated their jobs and were so unhappy, which made our experience very disappointing.
