DON'T STAY HERE! Hotel doesn't look as great as the picture they advertise. The beach is small, the hot tub didn't work. My room was awful! I wish I had read some of these other reviews before I booked this room. This hotel has a reputation for pulling the old bait and switch routine. They lied and said our rooms weren't livable due to a storm 4 days before & then later said AC issues. They tried to send us to their sister property in Runaway, Jamaica. We refused to go. Glad we did because one of the locals said NOTHING is out there and we would've been upset. We booked ocean view rooms, but they put us up in these crappy rooms instead since we refused to leave. We witnessed them shipping all kinds of folks to this nowhere location. I will NEVER stay here again. I hope this devious practice catches up with them and these booking sites finally hold Royal Decameron responsible for their actions. Do yourself a favor and find a better hotel on the strip cause if you stay here they will probably pull this scam on you too. Other negatives: no wifi unless you pay $5 per hour to use the 2 computers located next to the restroom in the lobby. Serve the same food everyday. 3 man band played ONE song the entire time! The entertainment, with the exception of one show, was whack. Tour office onsite will upcharge you 3 x's the amount to go on a party boat that we found out was literally right next door. Could've walked less than 2 minutes & paid like $20. Rip off! Don't trust these people. And Vaughn, the manager was a real jerk.
