Not only is this cruise parking an easy walk to the terminal and a clean safe place to leave your car, it has the most unbelievable customer care you can imagine. (Although we walked, they have a great shuttle to take you up close to the terminal.) Now get this. I managed to unknowingly drop a key to my 2014 Mercedes in the parking lot near my car. Since my husband had a key in his pocket, we were able to drive away without realizing I didn't have my key. About 30 minutes later, my cell phone rang and it was the manager of EZCruise Parking. He had found the key, knew how expensive it would be to replace, and did a great detective job finding out that it was my key. He saw a MyLowe's key card on my keychain and called Lowe's to get my name. He then checked with his reservation list to find my cell phone number. All this saved me a great deal of anxiety when I got home, and the key arrived via priority mail today (Wed. after the Sunday departure.) He didn't even ask for reimbursement for the postage. This was my 9th cruise and I will NEVER consider parking anywhere else in Galveston! Thank you so much EZ Cruise!!!
