This was by far the most bizarre & unpleasant experience. First off, there was zero hospitality upon entering the casino there wasn't a greeting whatsoever......no, GOOD LUCK....nothing! The needs of the patrons were NOT met either. We waited hours and never saw a waitress. We also asked the slot attendants if any waitresses were even working the floor and was told "I'll see" & of course we NEVER received any service. The people working were extremely RUDE & DISENGAGED with the patrons. The tone was dull & rigid. I never heard how are you or are you having a good time.....nothing!! ZERO interaction!!! I remember a pit boss walked directly behind me in passing and I know he heard me tell the slot attendant I was dying of thirst!!! Between myself & Mom we lost 1000 bucks on slots alone with zero payout trying several different machines. We were hoping to find at least one machine that was generous to no avail of course!!! It was TAKE TAKE TAKE....... Oh yea & if you're a smoker BEWARE because the non-smokers rule this roost!!!!! At least 90% is dominated by the nonsmoker community....they have a tiny section reserved for the smokers & the selection of machines was sparse indeed. If you're planning to smoke, drink & win then stay at home! Terrible experience all around & we don't plan to return!!!
