I have been to the meadows on several occasions over the past 3 years. I always had a good experience and enjoyed the food court and the casino. I was there last night, and unfortunately, the place was extremely warm and uncomfortable. The electricity went out momentarily and that caused problems with the machines. I had cashed out and right after, they made an announcement that there was a problem and not to cash out. The machines that did cash out, had to be paid out by hand. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the players club and asked how long it would be, they were not very nice and said they would be around as soon as possible. I almost waited an hour and the people who did come were rather rude. I probably will not go back there again after having such a bad experience. I am disappointed as it was one of our favorite casinos.
