This is a very CHEAP casino! The staffs are nice, however their management SUCKS! Extremely cheap gifts...Stingy in giving out Comp dollars! The gifts are so cheap that you can get it in 99 cent stores. They send you invitations to pick up gifts, and when you're there they always ran out of gifts. It's their words against your words. It doesn't matter when you get there! They don't listen to customers. Basically they want you to gamble without eating because the food there are very expensive! Losing a few thousand dollars playing for a few hours only earn $10- $15 in comps whereas in Atlantic City and Vegas, you will earn at least $45-$60. Instead of improving, resorts world casino has gotten worst!! A lot of gamblers are complaining how cheap this place is. People are going there because it is convenient. Having a Black Card or Platinum card makes no difference in this casino. When they first open, it was much better...Now it's going down the drain. It's okay to go there and visit but not to gamble! It's really hard to win there! For example, you have to put at least 8-9k in a slot machine for you to even hit 2k(if you're lucky) in the wheel of fortune. I was a regular player in resorts. I go there at least 3x a week since it was open. I was hoping that this place will change, unfortunately it has changed to be worse. It's not worth it to play there. Losing is understanding but being so cheap that is unforgivable! Even Empire City is much generous with their comp system.
