The front desk clerk was very nice at check in and gave us a room with a view of the strip. The staff member working the midway was very kind to my daughter when she was playing one of the games. The room was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bath tub. There were hair care items from the previous guest left on the bathroom sink and on the floor. Also there were jelly beans on the floor in the room near the beds. I called the front desk to notify them. The clerk answering the phone was not very helpful and did not apologize for the mess. She was brief and said " I will notify housekeeping." then she hung up the phone. Housekeeping didn't come to the room the clean up. I cleaned the mess. On the positive side the beds were clean. However we probably will not be staying here again.I called again to speak to someone about the issues we were having once our vacation was over. Since the first clerk didn't make a notation initially on my account and I didn't remember her name they couldn't do anything about it. If you have a problem be sure to write down the person's name that answers you complaint for future reference.
