I was very dissappointed with Buffalo Bills. I will NEVER stay there again. Their hotel is run down, poor management, very poor communication, and the room was run down too. They haven't kept it up and it clearly shows. I was there for business interviews, the iron boarding was broke, no bathtub, only shower. The air conditioner didn't blow cold, and their phone system was old. The front desk did not communicate things right, and they charged my card with the deposit without telling me. Thank goodness funds were there and didnt leave me short. Their plumbing wasnt even working well. I had heard BB was the nicer of the hotels at stateline. Trust me it isn't! either pick the other ones, or keep driving til you can stay in Vegas!
