My uncle booked the reservation for me. But mistakenly put his name instead of mine. They wouldn't check us in. We drove 5 hours up there and stood in the lobby without hotels. Since it's a holidays weekend, most hotels were filled up. So we were stuck. I even told them i have to uncle called him and they couldn't let us. We tried talking them through it, but the manager was giving us a BIG ATTITUDE like 'hey it's your d.. problem..". I didn't see that coming... not from Caesars at least.. Is this the kind of service at Caesar? Seriously, if you go to AC, stay elsewhere. I usually stay in Borgata and that place is awesome. That's where all the cool people hang out. Somehow i just decided to give Caesar a try and clearly that was a HUGE mistake. Caesar has nothing, no entertainment and the food is HORRIBLE.... STAY AWAY!
