I surprised my partner and booked an overnighter at Jupiters on the Gold Coast recently - I thought we might as well stay the night as we were booked to watch a show and I didnt want to do the drive back to Brisbane afterwards. There was an error made with our booking which I was not happy about but the Receptionist upgraded our room which made up for the mistake. The room was great - clean with a fantastic view of the Hinterland. We ate at the pub as we needed something quick before we met friends - that was a big dissapointment - service was friendly and fast but the food was dissapointing - I had calamari which was totally overcooked. The Atrium Bar has a great buzz and is ideal to have a couple of pre-show drinks. We met friends there which made it even better. Overall a great experience - perhaps dine in one of the restaurants though.
