Please file this as a formal complaint. I am an RCI points member (#1-3582650) and I stayed at the Hotel from Fri. 4/4/14 thru Monday 4/7/14. Although I stayed on the 16th floor it was so LOUD we could not sleep. The first night we checked in at appx. 2am and the music from the bar downstairs was so loud the windows were vibrating. Of course I had to stay, it was late and I was tired. Finally fell asleep. Sat. night the music from the pool party was even louder, I shot video on my tablet (attached). I called the front desk and asked if there was any room in the hotel that would not be subjected to that noise. I was told not that night, possibly Sun. night, but the music would stop at midnight. It did not, again 2am. Sunday morning appx 9am I went to the pool area to see why it was so loud. I was speaking to a security employee who asked for my room key (to verify my eligibilty for pool entrance I guess, she never said why) I was telling her about the vibrating windows and how loud it was, she said "Why didn't you come down?". I feel like that was very unprofessional, and inappropriate, if I had wanted to party instead of sleep I would, besides I wouldn't have stayed at that party since there were only about 5 people there the whole night. Anyway, Sat night I tried to get a room elsewhere but nothing available, I would have left if I could. Sun night the biker bar downstairs, again music so loud I could sing along since I could hear every word of the songs, again vibrating windows, again after midnight sometime it stopped. Thank You for accepting this a complaint, I am trying to at least get a refund of my RCI points.
