Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We are a military family who travels alot and this time we were passing through billings, mt from minnesota back to our home, ftlewis, wa. There were no rooms available in town so we had to stay at this hotel. Front desk clerk was rude when asking if they had non smoking room for my family. We have 2 children under 5 and needed a clean safe place to stay. However, the hotel hallway reeked of smoke as did the room besides the hotel's spray to cover smell. It was late and we had tho bring girls tho pool, since we promised them to swim. Pool was not even full, at least a foot of water from top. Definitely nothing special. After swimming for 30 minutes we headed back to room. All of us got sneezy, sore throats and burning eyes from smell in room. So instead of staying in this miserable room, we left. The hotel staff was rude and couldn't understand why we would complain. They wouldn't refund money until we talked to manager in the morning. My husband called, judy (manager) in the morning and she also was rude and said she didn't see the problem. So obviously this hotel doesn't care about customer satisfaction or safety of their guests. Would never, ever stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. Super expensive too for 0 star hotel. Very trashy hotel!!!
