My son wanted to go to that Lobster Buffet for his birthday. It was by far the worst dining experience we have ever had. We were seated by Sandy in what looked like a cave off the main dining room and she took our drink order. Our table was dirty under the keno tickets and salt and pepper. The lobster was horrible. The rest of the food looked and tasted like it had been sitting there since opening at 2pm. Our waitress would come through only when seating other customers in her section and my son never got his drink refilled. Our plates were not removed when we would go back to see if there was something else we might be able to eat. Everytime we looked for our waitress, she was standing at the cashier waiting to seat another customer in her station. For the amount of money that is charged, you would think that they would do a much better job and the restaurant would be cleaner. I will never go back there and I will discourage anyone from trying it.
