The front desk people (Jane in-particular) do now know how to to their job. My group was there for a conference. We had trouble since the moment we walked in the door. All the other conference attendees were able to split up the check from the start, but we could not. At check out I got charge not once but twice. The second charge was almost double the amount. I called to dispute and once again, Jane, said she could not see the second charge. I had just gotten off the phone with my bank who told me about these charges! The stay overall was mediocre at best. Even with all the mess-ups, I did not get an apology. The front desk always acted like it was our fault we needed the bill split and two people got over charged. Good luck. I would not stay here again. If you have the option of staying here or your car... choose the car.
