customer service at this casino is not good. we had lunch in the buffet and our seater/ hostess was very irritated because he asked for a booth she dramatically made it a big deal to call back to the Front counter to tell them that we didn't want the seat we had no idea we were already assigned to . and made a point to tell us that we needed to ask before we were seated for a booth . I didn't let her know this was our first time here I had to tell her that several times my husband got a little irritated and call her on her bad customer service..I won't go into detail but it was a bad first impression the food .it was a Saturday and lunch was 20 dollars. The food was kind of a hit or miss . it all look delicious but the taste and texture for instance the baby back ribs were so tough we couldn't eat them .. the deserts had a frozen box flavor taste . we didn't try all of the desserts of course there were a lot. including ice cream and caramel waffles there was probably some better ones. We just didn't get the fresh ones. I did like the Yukon mashed potatoes they were real smashed baked potatoes and flavorful. But imagine runny peanut butter and pumpkin pie layered together no it was not very good it was terrible and my husband will eat just about anything especially sweets. not too impressed with the buffet the Golden Corral is much better. the casino was beautiful and it had a lot of details I really like that ,the slots for very tight .the kind of casinos we like are the ones where people are yelling and screaming happily winning something. It was quiet reguarding that.there's not any other casinos in the area so have fun if you go.
