DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CRUISE LINE OR CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINES! THEY DO NOT SELL CRUISES. THEY SELL TIMESHARES. I worked in their "Customer Service" department and they don't give a f*** about their customers if it hurts their bottom line. The Ramada, the default hotel, is horrific. If you decided that you have changed your mind 30 days after purchasing anything from them, you will not get a refund. If it is before 30 days, you will have to talk to a "specialist" who will berate you into keeping your package. If you are ethically minded, just know that this company treats their employees like crap and pays the "Customer Service" team minimum wage.
